Artist Note
I started this drawing to vent out depression and self-hatred I was facing. It took me a long time to finish up the drawing beacuse whenever I sat down to draw, something felt wrong and I was never happy expressing emotions I was carrying. Later, I pondered on what bible says about "joy". I referenced following verses for this drawing:
Psalm 1:3, Isaiah 55:10-13, 2 Corinthians 4:7, Nehemiah 8:10, Zephaniah 3:17
