Artist Note During isolation, the artist began to express her desire for a time where we can be together again. Each sculpted work begins to focus on the context of its environment and the objects and people that are necessary to make something become alive. The Dancer depicts a transparent performer with a solidly depicted sash amongst a rendering of an audience. The dancer is from a photo reference of the artist's mother.
