Bourre'e
Bouré is a Baroque fast-tempo dance that originated in France. Jean Baptiste Lully is a French ballet dancer and composer who is considered a master of the Baroque music style, of which Jeongwon Yoon admired the most. Lully is considered the chief master of the French baroque style, who stripped all Italian influences from French music of the period and reconfigured the orchestra. The artist wanted to pay homage to this great influence and the timeless dance.
Story of Barbies
There is always music in Jeongwon Yoon’s studio. Yoon is a classical music fan and starts her work day with the sound of Choral Music. The classic radio stations become like a friend for the artist. For Yoon, Barbie is a musical note within the music that she can see and hear.
