Valerius DeMarchi is known as one of the most famous living sculptors in Italy. He was born in the Northeast region of Conegliano Veneto in 1941 and continues to live and work in his studio in Soligo, Italy. Using bronze of various patinas, Valerius DeMarchi spends his life recreating the perfect beauty of women in his statuettes. He not only illustrates the physical beauty of the female form but also attempts to capture the ineffable grace of female emotions and relationships.
