Tree Wave Series Tree Waves was born after the artist spent time in the Philippines where she became scuba-diving certified. During her time exploring she was inspired by the life underwater and the vivid colors of the coral reefs. Tree Waves are hand built with clay. Some of the works have natural pigments mixed into the clay to mimic the vibrancy of life under water.
