Waterfall has been working directly with major real estate developers, retailers, and global corporations to develop permanent art content and site specific artwork projects. Waterfall has completed
four site specific development projects in Nike’s World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

Waterfall developed the site-specific works of Hong Sungchul for LeBron James Innovation Center in Beaverton, OR. Hong has created a dynamic elastic string installation honoring Nike’s co-founder, Bill Bowerman at LeBron James Building. Hong used about 8,290 customized strings of 11'4" for each string which were applied with actual Nike Shoe aglets. Hong’s work created a sense of movement in time and an energy with Bill’s portrait images.

Sebastian Coe is a sculptural installation by Seungmo Park, crafted from layers of stainless steel mesh. The work captures the Olympic icon at a moment of peak strength, speed, and energy. Through the intricate layering of mesh, Park uses light and shadow to evoke both physical movement and metaphorical depth. Each layer symbolizes a chapter in Coe’s athletic journey, building a portrait not just of a runner, but of a hero shaped by countless experiences and relationships. In Park’s vision, memory—like shadow—is made possible by light, which brings the past into form and presence.

Coach K is a sculptural installation by Seungmo Park, created using aluminum wire and fiberglass. Capturing the legendary coach in his most iconic stance, Park uses layers of wrapped aluminum wire to embody his energy, movement, and legacy. In Eastern philosophy, thread often symbolizes destiny and connection—Park weaves this idea into the work, emphasizing that history is not self-made, but formed through relationships. Each wire marks the passage of time, like the rings of a tree, accumulating into a record of achievements. From a single thread, Coach K’s figure, clothing, and surrounding space emerge—ultimately forming a kind of heroic temple in tribute to his enduring influence.

Designed by artist Jae Hyo Lee, this NIKE Bench is a sculptural reinterpretation of the iconic Nike Swoosh. Crafted from chestnut wood, the piece combines elegance and function in Lee’s signature style. Carved as a single, fluid form, the bench was commissioned for Nike’s global headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, where it transforms a corporate symbol into a tactile, organic experience.
